1. This promotion is open to all Club Hollywood members who become fans of Hollywood Casino Joliet’s Facebook page. Club Hollywood membership is free.

2. One Winner Selection will be held at approximately 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. One Grand Prize winner and one Secondary Winner will be determined by popular vote to win cash and/or prizes.

3. To participate for their chance to win, patrons can enter the promotion through the Viva Las Vegas application on the Facebook Platform. Patrons may also find the application on the Viva Las Vegas link on the Hollywood Casino Joliet page on Facebook. Only fans of the Hollywood Casino Joliet page can access the Viva Las Vegas link that contains the online entry form. New visitors to the page must "like" the page in order to view the online entry form accessible through the Viva Las Vegas link. Current fans of the page can view the online entry form accessible by clicking on the Viva Las Vegas link.

4. Patrons can enter by submitting a photo of themselves taken with our Elvis cutout (located in the pavilion) via the online entry form available on the photo contest link. Patrons must complete the online entry form in its entirety with photo submission, agree to accept the terms of the Official Rules and click Submit.

5. Photos/entries may be color or black and white digital images and less than five (5) megabytes in size.

6. Any entry submitted must be a picture of the person submitting it. The patron submitting the photo must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted and cannot submit a photo of someone other than themselves. The submission of the photo and entry form is guarantee that the patron is the author and copyright holder of the photo.

7. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will be removed from the contest and will not be considered. Hollywood Casino Joliet retains the sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

8. Only fans of Hollywood Casino Joliet’s Facebook page may vote. Voting is limited to one vote per person per day.

9. All participants may submit one (1) photo/entry per valid email address from 8:30am Monday, January 2 – 5:00pm Tuesday, January 31, 2012.

10. Patrons need not be present to win the Winner Selection.

11. Persons identified as under the age of 21, self-excluded or evicted from the property will be disqualified.

12. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of the promotion and to abide by the rules and regulations set by M Resort including, but not limited to:

• M Resort Hotel Package must be booked within 90 days and must be taken by June 30, 2012.

13. One Winner Selection will take place at approximately 5:00pm on January 31, 2012.

14. The Grand Prize winner and Secondary winner will be determined by public vote (limit one vote per person per day). The photo with the most votes on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 5:00pm will be the Grand Prize winner. The photo with the second number of votes on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 5:00pm will be the Secondary winner.

15. The Grand Prize winner will win the following prizes:

• $500
• M Resort Hotel Package
• $100 M Resort Credit

16. The Secondary winner will win the following prizes:

• M Resort Hotel Package
• $50 M Resort Credit

17. In the event of a tie, voting will be extended for one week for the affected photos/entries. At the end of allotted time frame, the photo/entry with the most votes will be deemed the winner. If, at the end of the "tie breaker" there is still a tie, the affected photos/entries will each receive the appropriate prize package.

18. Upon verification of a cash prize of $600 or more, winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility. Refusal to sign or complete affidavit will result in prize not being awarded. Upon verification of cash prize less than $600, a prize voucher may be printed out in lieu of an affidavit.

19. Upon verification and completion of the affidavit and/or prize voucher, the winner will be given a portion of the affidavit and/or prize voucher which is redeemable at any casino cage for cash or casino check.

20. Upon presentation of the affidavit and/or prize voucher at the cage, the cashier will issue cash or casino check equal to the face value of the affidavit and/or prize voucher following normal cage policies and procedures.

21. Non-cash prize winning patrons will be required to sign a winners log confirming their receipt of their prize. Refusal to sign the winners log will result in prize not being awarded.

22. Upon verification and completion of the winners log, the non-cash prize will be physically awarded.

23. Any unclaimed or extra gift items remaining after the conclusion of this program may be distributed at management’s discretion.

24. Any unclaimed or extra gift items remaining after the conclusion of this program may be made available to all Club Hollywood members via point redemption.

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the administrators of this page and not to Facebook. The information participants provide will only be used for communications related to Hollywood Casino Joliet.

26. Before prizes are issued, a Marketing Representative(s) will check records to ensure the selected winners are eligible (e.g. not self evicted) following promotional policies and procedures.

27. If any selected winners are ineligible, their prize will be forfeited. Additional winners may be selected until there is the appropriate number of eligible winners.

28. The approximate total prize value for the promotion will be $1,550.

29. A promotional prize is defined as any prize award valuing $600 or greater.

30. For all prizes of $600 or greater in value, winners will be required to complete a W – 9 prior to prize issuance.

31. All W – 9 forms are forwarded to the Accounting Department, who will ensure a 1099 form is generated and sent to the patron prior to tax time if their cumulative yearly promotional win totals or exceeds $600.

32. If a prize does not meet the definition of a promotional prize, no W – 9 will be completed.

33. All winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes. Prizes are transferable or assignable, must be accepted as awarded and non-cash prizes have no cash value.

34. Winners must present their valid Club Hollywood card and photo ID to claim their prize.

35. Winners names may be posted at Club Hollywood.

36. Any winner(s) not present at the time of the winner selection(s) will be contacted via telephone or certified mail. Winner(s) will have 30 days from the winner selection(s) date to pick up their prize.

37. If any winner(s) does not come forward within the 30 day period, no prize will be awarded. Hollywood Casino Joliet assumes no liability for any winners that fail to claim/pick up their prize within the allotted time or have not provided a current phone number or an accurate mailing address. By entering this promotion, participants agree to allow Hollywood Casino Joliet to mail written correspondence to their home to inform them, if applicable, of a prize won regardless of any previous request for no mail and post the winner(s) first and last name, city and state on Hollywood Casino Joliet’s Facebook page.

38. In the event that a selected participant is unable to participate in the Promotional Game (if applicable) for reasons of physical or mental disability, that person may designate another person who is over the age of 21 and immediately present to complete the game portion of the promotion on the selected finalist’s behalf. Any person so designated is not considered the winner, but rather solely the agent of the selected finalist; any and all prizes won by the designee will go to the selected participant/winner. Participating in the game portion as a designee does not preclude that person from independent participation in the promotion. The Marketing Representative will make the final determination if this rule may be invoked in any particular case.

39. Lack of rated play on a date of redemption/participation may prevent a patron from receiving future offers.

40. Winner Selections and all other specified times are approximate. Hollywood Casino Joliet reserves the right to change winner selection and all other specified times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

41. All participants/entries/winners are subject to review and verification.

42. All decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the winner selection. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and/or the number of votes they receive and therefore cannot be predetermined. Odds of winning are in no way guaranteed by Hollywood Casino Joliet.

43. All winner selection(s) will be conducted pursuant to these Officials Rules, copies of which are available upon request at Club Hollywood throughout the duration of the promotion.

44. Hollywood Casino Joliet will not be responsible for the loss, theft, mutilation, or illegibility of any part of any prize, prize voucher, affidavit or gift.

45. All applicable taxes, fees and licenses are the responsibility of the prize winners.

46. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant's and Winner's irrevocable consent and release to Hollywood Casino Joliet, subsidiaries and affiliated companies to use, record, reproduce, publish, display, perform and translate: (1) the name, likeness, voice, quotations, opinions biographical information and any content submitted by Participant, including without limitation any photograph or recording, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, and/or for any other commercial or non-commercial corporate purpose, including without limitation use on merchandise or for marketing, without attribution or further payment or compensation to the Entrant, his/her successors or assigns or any other entity.

47. Employees of Hollywood Casino Joliet are ineligible to participate in this promotion. Employees of the Penn National Gaming Company, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and other coordinating agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible. Immediate family member and member of the household of Hollywood Casino Joliet's Marketing, Player Development and Cage Departments are ineligible to claim prizes of $600 or more. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as an employee of Hollywood Casino Joliet's Marketing, Player Development and Cage Departments. Winner must sign a release attesting that they are not any of the above mentioned.

48. In no event shall Hollywood Casino Joliet, its parents, partners, and affiliated companies, their respective agents, employees, directors, officers and legal advisors and any other companies participating in the design, administration or fulfillment of this promotion, be liable for personal injuries, death, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from participation or inability to use a prize or parts thereof including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

49. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Hollywood Casino Joliet management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants. The IGB Docksite Supervisor or Agent on duty will be notified of all such disputes or situations and their subsequent resolution. Invitations, coupons and all other promotional materials are subject to verification and are void if tampered with in any way, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or if any materials contain mechanical, typographical, printing or any other errors or if any entry is obtained by unauthorized means.

50. In the event that the equipment used in the operation of this promotion malfunctions and becomes inoperable for any reason, the promotion may be temporarily suspended until the system is returned to normal operations. In the event the equipment is deemed to be inoperable, Hollywood Casino Joliet reserves the right to continue the promotion with manual or other automated backup equipment, if applicable, or may cancel the promotion upon notification to and approval by the IGB Administrator.

51. Hollywood Casino Joliet will not be responsible for a patron's inability to participate in the promotion for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to computer or internet errors/malfunctions, traffic delays, congestion, or action by civil authorities. Hollywood Casino Joliet will not be responsible for misdirected or late arriving mail.

52. Hollywood Casino Joliet reserves the right to change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time with prior written approval of the Administrator of the Illinois Gaming Board.

53. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by the rules of the Promotion.

54. Hollywood Casino Joliet reserves the right to void this offer for any individual who violates these Official Rules. All decisions of Hollywood Casino Joliet are final and conclusive.

55. If a winner is determined to be ineligible at any time after prize issuance, Hollywood Casino Joliet, at its sole discretion, may recover and retain the prize with no additional winners.

56. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws including the Illinois Riverboat Gambling Act.

57. Some restrictions apply.

58. Each participant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Hollywood Casino Joliet against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. Hollywood Casino Joliet assumes no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.

60. Individuals that are excluded from casino facilities, either through a government program or by their own request are not eligible to participate or claim any give away prizes after their exclusion date.
